PROJECTOR CINEMA

This brief was one set for my design students when I was teaching at Doncaster College. The brief was written by my felloe lecturer and I thought it to be an excellent, challenging brief. The students were highly motivated producing some great outcomes. So I thought I would give it a go in my spare time.

My concpet is inspired by old black and white films and how they had corner frames at the begin and the end of the film. From there I contrasted the black and white nature of logo with a pure magenta highlight colour to add a more modern, contemporary twist.

To add the contemporary feel that I have established, I applied an unusual grid system that created a unique layout for the stationery and the Opening Night poster. projector_cinema_002 projector_cinema_002
